Have you thought of sharing your Sepsis story? Our stories bring awareness to Sepsis and show it can happen to anyone. We are putting a face on Sepsis. Real people, real faces, real lives affected by Sepsis.

What you will need to submit your Sepsis story:

• Your story 800-1,000 words maximum 
• A few good quality photos you are comfortable with sharing

Please only submit your story once, one story per sepsis survivor or per tribute.
